You Have Completed Your Degree – Time to Schedule Your Final Seminar
Below is the process for scheduling your final seminar (thesis presentation).
First, check which department your supervisor belongs to:

1. If necessary, the seminar may be scheduled adjacent to the thesis defense examination, subject to the student's request and room availability.
What Should Be Included in the Request ?
Requested Alternative Dates

Check the School website for the list of already scheduled departmental seminars:

Coordinate with your supervisor.

Prepare a list of preferred alternative dates.

Prepare an abstract according to the template provided in the table above.

Once the request is received, the School Coordinator will send you the assigned seminar date.

Update the abstract with your personal details and seminar information.

Submit the completed abstract, including seminar information and student details, approximately 10 days before the seminar date.
Seminar Duration

Master’s student seminar: 30 minutes

PhD student seminar: 60 minutes
When Will It Be Published?
The abstract, including seminar information and student details, will be published under the Events section of the School website:https://ee.tau.ac.il/events
